Shipping Policy

• After you place an order, items will be shipped out within the expected date range from 5 to 21 days depending on the item purchased.

• For deliveries within Malaysia, the estimated shipping time and shipping fees involved will be manually communicated by phone.

• For international shipping to Singapore especially, it may take up to 17% based on your total invoicing value together with RM 100 custom form fee.

Return & Replacement Policy

Once our products are sold, it’s not cash refundable. However, you will get another replacement by showing us the defect part on the same day of delivery. Our delivery team will unwrap the product packaging and show your purchased item on spot. If you found any defect, kindly inform our delivery team on the spot. Warranty Policy

• Product warranty is limited to manufacturing defects.

• Product warranty doesn't cover up the accessories.
